Craft Paper and Card brings you a huge variety of craft making goodies at the lowest cost possible.  Royal Mail charge relevant to the size and weight of  packagesirrespective of value and we always endeavour to keep p&p costs as low as possible.  We know times are hard and every penny counts when crafting. Goods are posted out in either board backed strong envelopes or bubble envelopes to ensure you receive everything in perfect condition. 

Postage Costs:

0.01p - £3.00 = £1.50

£3.01 - £9.99 = £2.50

£10.00 - £19.99 = £3.00

£20.00 - £29.99 = £3.50

£30.00 - £39.99 = £4.00

£40.00 - £49.99 = £4.50

All orders over the value of £50.00 qualify for free p&p.

Customers from outside the UK MUST contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing. 

We aim to offer a fast service and are currently despatching orders within 2 working day(s). Orders received after 3pm are deemed to have been received by us on the following morning. Orders received after 12pm on Friday are deemed to have been received by us on the following Monday morning. If there is going to be a delay in despatching your goods (eg. a large part of your order is out of stock), we will let you know and advise you of the expected despatch date. We will email you and let you know when your order is ready to despatch.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident about shopping with Craft Paper and Card. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, we will try to put the matter right.

If you want to return an item/items, please re-package the goods securely and send them back to us within seven working days of the item was delivered to you. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns, as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

If you are returning goods for reasons other than damage or defects, we will be happy to refund you for the returned items (excluding postage and packaging) providing they are returned within seven working days of receipt, in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
